Service Description

This class is designed to be slow, supportive, and grounding, using the warmth of the room to help ease tension and increase mobility. The heat is mild—not overwhelming—and serves as a gentle aid to help the body soften as we move. We’ll begin with a few minutes of centering and breathwork, allowing you to arrive fully and acclimate to the warmth. From there, we’ll flow through gentle movements like Cat–Cow, low lunges, and slow standing transitions that encourage mobility without pushing the body too far. The heated environment helps muscles warm more quickly, so we can move comfortably and mindfully. The sequence stays accessible, emphasizing calm, fluid movement and plenty of modifications. We’ll finish with a cooling stretch series and a restful Savasana, letting the warmth support deep relaxation. If you’re joining us, feel free to bring water, a towel, and wear light, breathable clothing. Listen to your body, take breaks when needed, and let the heat work with you—not against you.
