Together we explore the mystical as we combine the powerful awareness of plants, spirit drums and other sacred sound tools. 

In this guided shamanic quest we journey on the waves of energy medicine to discover a hidden source of power, wisdom & healing. 

 

Meet the plants, receive, lay down and let go in a safe, divinely held container. Rest, restore & revive as the rhythm of the drum touches your spirit and the plants guide you to reveal your inner beauty, resilience & inner knowing. 

 

Come as you are - bring your own mat (available if you don’t have one), your favorite mug, your journal, a blanket and whatever makes you comfy to sit or lay on the floor.
