I am passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and young adults as they navigate life's challenges and build confidence in who they are. Whether they are struggling with anxiety, emotional regulation, life transitions, or social challenges, we work together to develop practical skills and a stronger sense of self. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to express themselves openly. My approach is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and respect. I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy in my practice.
